Onsidian is end-to-end agency management, built AI-first. Recruiting, onboarding, and production run on one platform, from the day a candidate applies to the day they are writing business.
What we build
Agencies rarely stall for lack of talent. They stall for lack of system. Recruiting runs on manual outreach. Training changes depending on who delivers it. Applicant status lives in a spreadsheet. Production data sits in three places and agrees in none of them.
Onsidian closes that loop. A candidate applies through a recruiting site, then gets screened, interviewed, and hired without leaving the platform. New agents move through training modules and rehearse the client presentation. Once they are in the field, every lead worked and every policy written rolls up into reporting their manager and the agency owner act on.
Who uses it
Independent insurance agencies and their sales teams. A single manager tracking their own production, or an agency owner overseeing several levels of hierarchy. Access is by account only. There is no public sign up.
Built by people who ran agencies
The people who built Onsidian have sat in the manager's seat, run recruiting pipelines, and started training programs from nothing. It exists because we needed it to run our own agencies and nothing on the market did the job. That decides what we build and what we build next.
